Nuts N’ Bolts is a family of anaerobic adhesives designed for use with assemblies having thread fasteners. Nuts N’ Bolts are 100% active liquid single component thread lockers that self-harden when air is omitted between the mating surface of a nut & bolt. But it remains a stable liquid in its container.

Nuts N’ Bolts is designed to replace lock washers and other expensive methods to prevent vibration and loosening of parts which improves machine reliability.

Many of our Nuts N’ Bolts products have MIL-Spec and ASTM numbers.

• Single component adhesive that hardens in the absence of air (anaerobic cure) between the threads of a nut and bolt. Typically used to prevent loosening from vibration or thermal expansion, leakage or corrosion.

• Adhesive properties such as maximum gap filling, cure time, shear strength (breakaway and prevailing torque) and viscosities can be matched to meet your specific needs.

• Replaces expensive locking methods such as lock and split washers while also improving the reliability of threaded fasteners and also helps seal against leakageto eliminate rust and corrosion.

Sureshot 2200

• A no contact dispensing unit designed to apply sealant or adhesive to a bore.
• It uses a small precision air motor to spin a dispersion cup which is inserted into a bore.
• The Sureshot valve delivers a controlled uniform bead to the inner surface of the bore.
• The dispenser cup prevents over-spray.
