Hernon^® offers high-intensity UV LED curing lights to maximize the efficiency of our UV cure adhesives and sealants. These lights range from focused, hand-held units for custom precision applications to massive lamps for batch curing. Below are the cure lights most commonly used for our ammunition sealing systems.
 

Ultracure® 9 Data Sheet The Ultracure 9 features the addition of a lens to Hernon’s 5-LED UV curing device. The lens provides an improvement in curing intensity and extended curing range, however, the optimal curing distance is roughly 3/8 inches (0.375). Ultracure® 6 Data Sheet The Ultracure 6 features Hernon’s 5-LED UV curing device. The Ultracure 6 has a wider area for curing. The optimal curing distance is roughly 1 inch.
