HERNON Manufacturing Announces Amazon Hose & Rubber as New Distributor

Adhesive and dispensing equipment manufacturer signs new distributor in Florida

Sanford, FL., November 18th, 2014 – HERNON Manufacturing, Inc., the innovator in adhesives, sealants and dispensing equipment is pleased to announce its newest edition to its team of distributors, Amazon Hose and Rubber, a Florida-based company.

Since 1919 Amazon Hose & Rubber has been creating custom hose assemblies and offering hose repair or replacement services. Now, with three locations in Florida, including Orlando, Miami, and Tampa, the company has recently signed an agreement with HERNON Manufacturing, Inc. to be an adhesive and sealant distributor in the State.

“With Amazon Hose & Rubber as a distributor in Florida, we increase our presence in the State and extend our reach into different industries,” said Edgardo Rodriguez, Director of Sales and Marketing for HERNON Manufacturing, Inc. “They are a welcomed addition to our sales model and we look forward to working with them.”

According to the terms of the distributor agreement, Amazon Hose & Rubber will distribute HERNON’s full line of adhesives, sealants, precision dispensing equipment and UV LED curing systems in Florida to its customers. Some of the industries Amazon Hose & Rubber are currently working with include: agriculture, automotive, construction, food and beverage, government, heavy equipment, marine, petrochemical, pharmaceuticals, plants and mills, transportation, and utilities. The distributorship became effective November 7th, 2014.

Hernon Manufacturing representatives will be attending the 2013 SHOT Show to educate conference attendees about its Shotgun Ammunition Sealing Machine and other eco-friendly ammunition sealants and dispensing equipment.

Hernon Manufacturing adds BCN as an authorized integrator for its ammunition sealing equipment

Sanford, FL., September 10, 2012 – Hernon Manufacturing, the innovator in adhesives, sealants and dispensing equipment, recently announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with Bliss Clearing Niagara (BCN Technical Services). According to the terms of the agreement, as an authorized integrator for Hernon’s ammunition sealing equipment, BCN will soon offer Hernon’s full line of ammunition equipment.

HERNON Manufacturing and ShenZhen Dover Technology Co., Ltd. Sign Joint Venture Agreement

Hernon Dover to provide repackaging and distribution for Hernon’s product lines in China.

March 14, 2011 – Sanford, Florida, United States – HERNON Manufacturing, the innovator in adhesive and sealing technologies has confirmed that it has signed a joint venture agreement with the China based ShenZhen Dover Technology Co., Ltd. Under the terms of the agreement, Hernon Dover will provide direct order fulfillment, product support, and repackaging for Hernon’s existing network of Chinese distributors and direct customers.

The joint venture has agreed to repackage the Hernon products under the label Hernon Dover.

Initially, the joint venture will seek to expand the use of Hernon’s high performance adhesives and sealants in the electronic and speaker manufacturing sectors. However, both companies anticipate an expansion into multiple sectors and industries as Hernon Dover will have access to the complete Hernon product line with over 300 products available for sale.

“We are honored to form this critical alliance and form Hernon Dover as it will allow Hernon to better serve our customers and distributors locally in China,” explains Harry Arnon, CEO of Hernon Manufacturing. “Given the importance of China to our overall growth strategy, it was essential that we partner with a local distribution leader who could aptly support the growing demand for our products.
