HERNON Manufacturing Schedules Customer Meetings for IWA Outdoor Classics

Adhesive and dispensing equipment manufacturer is scheduled to meet with customers at the world-leading fair for hunting guns and outdoor equipment.

Sanford, FL., February 23rd, 2015 – HERNON Manufacturing, Inc., the innovator in adhesives, sealants and dispensing equipment will be attending the IWA Outdoor Classics (IWA), March 6th through 9th, 2015 in Nuremberg, Germany. Appointments are currently being scheduled for any attendees interested in meeting with HERNON representatives during the show and learning about the company’s ammunition sealants and dispensing equipment.

Another product which also garnered its fair share of attention at the SHOT Show was HERNON’s Shot Shell Crimp Sealants. “This sealant enables faster sealing times and superior water resistance. HERNON Unveils Latest Technology in Ammunition Encapsulation & Environmental Sealing Equipment

Single machine can seal, inspect, and UV cure pistol, rifle, and blank ammunition cartridges.

December 30, 2010 – Sanford, FL – HERNON Manufacturing, the innovator in ammunition sealing technologies has shipped the second of its newly designed environmental sealing and UV curing machines for small caliber ammunition.  The Auto Sealer 5000, custom built to meet the assembly line specifications for a leading ammunitions manufacturer in the United States, will be placed in use in early 2011.

HERNON®’s new Auto Sealer 5000 series of machines are capable of sealing various calibers of assembled pistol, rifle, and blank ammunition on a single machine by simply changing out the particular conveyor belt – a process that can be completed in 15 minutes or less of downtime.  HERNON®’s machines are capable of simultaneously applying projectile and primer sealant, vision systems inspections, and UV curing at speeds in excess of 200 rounds per minute.
